Acorn Trace Apartments is a 100 unit housing complex for the elderly. The facility, which was opened in 1983 on seven acres in North Tampa, is a program of Cornerstone Family Ministries. It is also a Florida Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church “Health and Wholeness Institution.”
Those wanting to apply for residency must contact Barbara Van Matre, manager, for an in-person appointment. Applications are available only by appointment and can not be mailed or sent through other people.

The mission of Acorn Trace is to provide safe and decent housing for all of the Acorn Trace residents, to help residents maintain their dignity as they retire, and to help residents enjoy life by providing daily activities and fellowship.
